How do I use the Value Tracer?

The Value Tracer is an optional requirements traceability feature of ScopeMaster.  It can be useful to help you ensure that all user stories are aligned to business benefits. 

Business Outcomes -> Capability -> User stories

How to Use the Value Tracer

1. Add Business Outcomes, you must ensure that there is a measurable business benefit associated with this.

2. Add one or more Capabilities (these might be your Epics)

3. Drag appropriates stories on to Capabilities 

4. Drag Capabilities onto Outcomes
