ScopeMaster supports multiple types of links between content.

Outcomes to Capabilities. Define which capabilities are needed to achieve an outcome. A capability can be linked to multiple outcomes.

Capabilities to Requirements. Define which requirements make up a capability (epic). Each requirement can be linked to multiple capabilities.
